French doors open on to the enclosed, rear garden with large paved patio and steps down to a lawned area. Relax and watch the sun set across the valley. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to a galleried landing and lounge with luxurious leather sofas. The cosy bedrooms are a welcoming retreat with bright white linen, while the spacious double room in the eaves offers lovely views over the roof tops and out to sea.
Albany Villa is conveniently located with a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as the pretty working harbour all within walking distance. Folly Farm, Heatherton Activity Park, the harbour town of Tenby and other family attractions are only a short drive away.

Albany Villa can be approached from one of the main roads, and is located within a approximate 4 minute walk from the beach. A gravel parking area adjacent to the house affords parking for 3 cars comfortably. The front door (consisting of a double door) has 1 large step to gain access to the house. An alternative entrance is at the front of the house straight into the sitting room. 1 step down to kitchen/dining/seating area, very well lit by natural and electric lighting. Stairs (11 steps) up to sitting room. The TV is operated by remote control. The garden extends to one third of an acre of lawn accessed by 12 stoned steps and is enclosed by mature hedges. External lighting to front and rear of property. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Public transport is available.
